Required Windows Runtime Libraries

In order to run the Java APIs, more specifically the JNI Serial Driver, on Windows the

latest C runtime libraries must be installed. These can be downloaded and installed from

Microsofts website here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=766A6AF7-EC73-40FF-

B072-9112BAB119C2&displaylang=en

Select the correct architecture (IA64,x64 or x86), download and install.
